These Terms & Conditions govern your use of projectmombie.com and any beta or other Project Mombie services made available to you. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of Project Mombie
You may use Project Mombie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.
Beta services
Project Mombie may make pre-release or beta features available for testing. Beta features may change, contain errors, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Beta participation does not guarantee continued access or release of any particular feature.
Reminder service
Project Mombie is an organizational aid. Reminders, notifications, extracted dates, and other automated features may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying important dates, appointments, deadlines, school requirements, and other time-sensitive information.
Project Mombie SMS program
Project Mombie may offer optional informational text-message reminders and notifications. SMS enrollment is separate from joining the beta or using other Project Mombie features. You will receive SMS messages only after providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to the applicable messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on the reminders and notifications you create or enable. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@projectmombie.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Your consent applies only to the Project Mombie messaging program and message types described when you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for information about how mobile information and messaging consent are handled.
Intellectual property
Project Mombie branding, website content, software, product design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Project Mombie materials.
Third-party services
Project Mombie may rely on third-party services for functions such as hosting, communications, authentication, and infrastructure. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Project Mombie and beta services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project Mombie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as Project Mombie develops. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
